Hinge Health Exercise Therapy for Women’s Pelvic Health
Hinge Health also offers a safe and effective exercise program focused on women’s pelvic health care from the comfort and privacy of home. You will be matched with a Pelvic Health Specialist who can customize pelvic exercise programs and provide ongoing 1-on-1 support.
No matter what stage of life you’re in — from early adulthood to after menopause — this program can help with many common issues, including pelvic pain, bowel and bladder control, and pelvic strengthening during pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and beyond.
