Lennox makes it easy by giving you all the steps you need to take.
- Update your elections in BenefitSource within 31 days of your marital status change to add or remove your spouse from benefits.
- Submit proof of the event, such as a copy of your marriage license or divorce papers, to BenefitSource within 60 days of making benefit changes. Your new dependent’s benefits will not be effective until documentation is received.
- Plan and budget for any new applicable costs that will be deducted from your paycheck.
- Consider adjusting the amount you are contributing to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), if applicable.
- Update your Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance information.
- Enroll your spouse in Dependent Life and AD&D Insurance or remove from coverage.
- Submit a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) for your 401(k) retirement plan by visiting netbenefits.com.
- Update your 401(k) beneficiary by visiting NetBenefits.com, or calling the Lennox International Retirement Services Center at (866) 783-5225, Monday – Friday between 7:30am and 7:30pm CST.
- Contact the 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) if you need personal support.
- Reach out to the LegalShield’s legal services if you need assistance (if enrolled).
