Lennox Helps You Make A Difference
As a full-time Lennox employee, you can partner with the Lennox Foundation and increase your impact to causes that matter most to you in these four ways:
- Employee Donation Match
Lennox will match up to $5,000 annually in donations to qualified 501(c)(3) charities. - Volunteer Grants
If you volunteer at a qualified charity, the Foundation will match your volunteer hours with a donation to the charity of $15/hour – up to $1,000 per employee per year. - Volunteer Time Off
For salaried US employees, you can take 8 hours of paid time off every year to volunteer at a qualified charity during the work week. - Foundation Grants
Request monetary donations for a qualified 501(c)(3) charity that serves the community where we work and live and focuses on health, education, or the environment.
