Critical Illness Insurance pays you a lump sum benefit when you are diagnosed with a serious illness. Benefits are paid in addition to your medical plan, and you can use the money any way you choose.

- Cerebral palsy — for covered children

NOTE: Diagnosis must occur after the effective date of coverage to receive benefits.
You can purchase coverage for yourself, your spouse, and your dependent children in the following amounts:
