Your Next Steps

If the dependent was covered under any Lennox plans:
  • Contact BenefitSource within 31 days from the death.
  • Submit a copy of the death certificate to BenefitSource within 60 days.
  • Update your Life and AD&D Insurance information.
  • Update your 401(k) beneficiary by visiting Fidelity’s NetBenefits.com or calling the Lennox International Retirement Services Center at (866) 783-5225, Monday – Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. CST.
  • If you currently participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) consider adjusting the amount(s) you contribute.
You don’t have to go through anything alone. For ongoing support, take advantage of these benefits:
  • Check out your paid time off benefits if you need time to cope with grief.
  • Reach out to a Quantum Health Care Coordinator for assistance in navigating your benefit options.
  • Contact the 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) if you need personal support or access to counseling.
