Tuition Assistance Program

Our Tuition Assistance Program is one way we invest in the professional growth and development of our employees.

Eligibility


If you are a full-time, non-union Lennox employee working in the US or Canada, you may qualify for tuition assistance to help offset the costs associated with completing an approved course of study at an accredited college or university.

To qualify, your elected courses should directly relate to your current or desired Lennox position and approval must be obtained in advance before enrolling.

Maximum Annual Tuition Benefit

(based on class completion date)
  • Undergraduate Courses
    Tuition assistance for certain costs up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year.*
  • Graduate Courses
    Tuition assistance for certain costs up to a maximum of $10,000 per calendar year.*

To begin the application process, please complete the Tuition Assistance Application and submit to Human Resources for approval.

Keep In Mind

After you successfully complete coursework, Lennox will provide tuition reimbursement for certain approved costs (including tuition, books, and lab fees).*

* Costs associated with late fees, parking fees, audited classes, and classes that have been or will be paid or reimbursed by another source (e.g., student aid, scholarships, grants) do not qualify for tuition assistance.
