Lennox’s EAP has partnered with BetterHelp to offer you and your dependents (ages 13 – 18 with parental consent) access to professional counseling via text, live chat, phone, and video call sessions at no cost.

Lennox EAP members simply need to complete an initial short questionnaire to get matched with a licensed therapist and book their first confidential virtual session – all within 24 hours.
  • To access via phone
    Call the Lennox EAP at (800) 424-6015 and ask to be referred to an EAP provider who offers Telehealth.
  • To access online
    Log into MagellanAscend.com and use the Provider Search tool to find an EAP provider that has a Telehealth icon besides his/her name. This icon indicates if he/she offers Telehealth appointments.
Keep in mind, virtual counseling is not recommended for emergency care.
