Lennox provides paid time off (PTO) for employees throughout the year to help you create a healthy work/life balance. The amount of PTO you are eligible for varies depending on your employment status and weekly hours worked.

Paid Time Off Benefit Enhancements
Take advantage of the following PTO enhancements available to salaried Lennox employees!
* Unused Volunteer and/or Well-Being Time Off will be forfeited on December 31 each year.
- Lennox Volunteer Time Off Benefit Salaried employees receive up to 8 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer in their communities.*
- Lennox Well-Being Time Off Benefit Salaried employees receive up to 16 hours of paid time off each year for personal well-being. New salaried employees (hired after June 30) receive up to 8 hours of paid time off during their first year.*
