Welcome to Lennox!
We are so happy to have you on our team.
At Lennox, our benefits plans and programs are tailored to meet your health and well-being needs, so you can feel supported and connected wherever you are.
Your Next Steps
You are eligible for benefits if you are:
- Salaried: Scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week
- Hourly: Scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week
- Your legal spouse
- Your children, through the last day of the month in which they turn age 26, including: natural children, stepchildren, legally adopted children, or a child for whom you or your spouse has received a court order requiring you to provide benefits.
- Your children over age 26 who are medically certified as disabled and dependent on you (if disabled before age 26).
- Adding a dependent?
You will need to submit documentation (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.) to BenefitSource within 60 days of enrolling your dependents in coverage. Your dependent’s benefits will not be effective until documentation is received. - Want to avoid paying additional monthly surcharges?
- Confirm Tobacco Use
A $150 per person per month surcharge will be charged if you or your covered spouse use tobacco and enroll in a Lennox medical plan. If you are not a tobacco user, be sure to answer “No” on the Tobacco Use question during enrollment in BenefitSource. - Certify Working Spouse Status
You will pay an additional $100 per month if you cover a spouse who is eligible for coverage under another employer’s medical plan. If this situation does not apply to you, be sure to answer the Working Spouse Status question accordingly during enrollment in BenefitSource.
