Eligibility
Active, full-time, non-union Lennox employees working in the US may qualify for tuition assistance to help offset the costs associated with completing an approved course of study. The courses you choose to take should directly relate to your current or desired position at Lennox.Maximum Annual Tuition Benefit
Funding is available up to the following annual maximums (per calendar year, based on class completion date):| Program Type | Funding Limit/Year* | Notes |

| Undergraduate Studies | Up to $5,250 | Business-aligned programs only |
| Certificate Programs | Up to $5,250 | Business-aligned certificates |
| Graduate (Master’s) Studies | Up to $10,000 | Business-aligned programs only |
*These limits are not additive across program types (e.g., you cannot receive $5,250 for an undergraduate program and $10,000 for a graduate program in the same year). All programs require manager approval before enrollment. Employees may participate in only one program at a time.
