LII offers programs to support your mental and emotional well-being whether you just want to know what help is available, if you are ready to speak to someone, or if you are in crisis. It’s important to know when and how to reach out for care for yourself or someone you love. Explore the options available to you and your family.

  • The Employee Assistance Program provides benefits for you and your family members including face-to-face counseling, emotional support for grief, stress and depression, and so much more.
  • Doctor on Demand gives you 24/7 access to mental health visits with a Doctor on Demand psychologist or psychiatrist so you can get the support you need, when you need it.
  • Calm Mental Fitness app is there to help when you feel overwhelmed with the stress and busyness of everyday life.
  • BetterHelp Virtual Therapy offers virtual therapy at your convenience, by texting, chat, phone or video. It brings professional counseling to you.
