Navigate Life Confidently with Calm

Embrace belonging, acceptance, and living authentically with Calm’s newest resources.

A key part of Lennox’s commitment to building an inclusive and safe workplace is to highlight available programs that support the emotional health of our LGBTQIA+ employees during and beyond Pride Month in June.

We invite you to explore Calm’s Belonging and Acceptance Collection, a curated selection of free mental fitness content and tools designed to help LGBTQIA+ employees and their families reframe negative thoughts and cope with challenging circumstances.

Here is a preview of topics covered:
  • Dealing with Negativity in the World, U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Vivek Murthy
In this two-minute meditation, US Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy guides you to create distance from your negative thoughts so that they have less impact on how you feel.

  • You Belong Here, Camila Cabello

  • Love and Acceptance, Tamara Levitt

“Glub was always a bit of a half fish out of water who thought she’d always be different, but as it turns out, Glub was just in the wrong school of fish.” Comedic actress and writer Diane Keaton takes you under the sea for a story about mermaids, blobfish, and self-discovery.

  • Coming Out, Lama Rod Owens
In this six-part series, mindfulness leader Lama Rod Owens, who identifies as a Black, queer man, helps you learn how to navigate the challenges and celebrate the joys of moving through the world as your most authentic self.

  • Spot the Napkin, Jes Tom
Jess Tom, an actor, writer, and stand-up comic who identifies as trans, queer, and Asian American, invites you to find out what happens in the kitchen while you’re asleep, and how one napkin used determination and their differences to better a kitchen community. This sleep story is for all ages as well as LGBTQIA+ youth.

Calm has also partnered with Queer artist and author Jess Bird to release a free mindfulness journal and coloring book titled “Behind The Rainbow,” that reminds the LGBTQIA+ community to check in with themselves and celebrate being their most authentic selves all year-round. Click here to view!
