Register Now for Lennox’s Teams Step Challenge!

The deadline to register your 5-person group is Monday, May 20.

The Teams Step Challenge kicks off on Tuesday, May 21.

Walking is one of the simplest, easiest forms of exercise. It can help you:

  • Build up cardiovascular fitness
  • Strengthen your bones and muscles
  • Improve your mood, cognition, memory and sleep
  • Prevent or manage health conditions such as hypertension and diabetes

How Does the Teams Step Challenge Work?

Lennox’s Step Challenge is a fun way to get active and stay healthy.

You will be part of a 5-person team that competes against a new team each week for 5 consecutive weeks. Team matchups are based on performance, for more fair competition, and the team that walks the most steps wins!

How To Register?​


Here are two easy ways to sign up your team:

  • Log into your personal LIIveWell account.
  • Download WebMD’s "Wellness At Your Side" app (Apple or Google).
Registration closes end of day on Monday, May 20.
The Teams Step Challenge kicks off on Tuesday, May 21.

How To Track Your Steps?

You can easily track your steps during the Step Challenge using WebMD’s “Wellness At Your Side” app or your own personal fitness device.
