To unlock your FREE Calm Health subscription: Follow these easy instructions to get started:
  1. Log in with your existing Calm Premium credentials OR sign up as new Calm Health user.
  2. Enter lennox as your access code.
  3. Verify your eligibility by entering your Lennox employee EEID.
  4. Get started by taking a short mental health questionnaire to help curate your experience.
NOTE: Calm Health app’s language defaults to English, French, or Spanish (based on your device’s language settings). To experience the Calm Health app and content in a different language, follow these steps.

One of the best ways to improve mental well-being as a family is to create routines that provide time for quiet reflection and meditation.

Lennox employees can invite up to 5 dependents (age 16+) to activate a Calm Health subscription.

NOTE: You must first activate your employee Calm Health subscription to add a dependent.

To invite a dependent:
  • Log into your employee Calm Health account.
  • Find “‘Manage Dependents’ button under the “Manage Subscription” page.
  • Send an invite to your dependent’s email so he/she can create their own unique profile.
