Lennox EAP’s licensed therapists and psychologists use psychotherapy, or “talk therapy”, to help you understand how your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors are linked to your mental health..
EAP therapists cannot prescribe medication, but they can assist you with identifying triggers, managing symptoms, and following through with long-term chronic condition care plans for depression, trauma, anxiety, etc.
ALL employees and their families are entitled to FREE professional EAP therapy sessions (up to 5 sessions per issue, each year).
If you exhaust your 5 free therapy sessions (for a particular issue), the EAP will verify if your therapist is in-network with your medical plan. If he/she is in-network, you can see the same mental health provider long-term at your plan’s out-of-pocket cost.
NOTE: EAP services are not recommended for emergency situations.

In addition to the EAP services, Lennox medical plan members can schedule a virtual visit with a Doctor on Demand licensed psychiatrist for long-term behavioral care. Psychiatrist vs. psychologist: what’s the difference?
ALL Lennox medical plan members get unlimited $0 virtual mental health visits each plan year.
