Eligibility
If you are an active, full-time, non-union Lennox employee working in the US, you may qualify for tuition assistance to help offset the costs associated with completing an approved course of study through Guild.
The courses you choose to take should directly relate to your current or desired position at Lennox, and they must be approved before the semester begins.

Tuition assistance for approved costs up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year.* - Undergraduate Courses
Tuition assistance for approved costs up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year.** - Graduate Courses
Tuition assistance for approved costs up to a maximum of $10,000 per calendar year. (you must have your manager’s approval)**
* Late fees, parking fees, audited classes, and classes that are reimbursed by another source (e.g., student aid, scholarships, grants) do not qualify for tuition assistance. If you fail to maintain good academic standing and provide the required documentation, you may not be eligible for tuition assistance or reimbursement.
