Your first step to improving your quality of life is to create a personal profile on SupportLinc.com, where you will have access to a variety of FREE professional resources.

  3. Click on the “Next” button and finish the registration by providing all the required information.

    Receive financial and legal referrals, as well as resources for child or elder care, pet care, adoption, career prospects, further education, home improvement, auto repair, housing needs, travel, and more.

  • Mental Health Navigator
    Take the guesswork out of your emotional fitness! Click the Mental Health Navigator icon in your SupportLinc profile to complete a short survey and receive personalized guidance.

  • Lifestyle Coaching
    You and your family members are each eligible to schedule up to 5 free 1-on-1 lifestyle coaching sessions per issue per year to focus on your wellness goals like building healthy habits, starting new routines, and reducing stress.

  • Short-Term Counseling
    You and your family members are each eligible to schedule up to 5 free in-person or virtual counseling sessions per issue per year with a licensed counselor. Keep in mind, virtual counseling is not recommended for emergency care.

  • In-the-Moment Support
    Reach a licensed clinician by phone to help resolve work-related pressures, depression, stress, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, parenting, substance use, and other emotional health concerns.

  • Textcoach
    Text therapy is designed to work around your needs and schedule whether you’re at home, at work or on the go. Exchange text messages, voice notes and resources with a licensed counselor.

  • Virtual Support Connect
    This digital group support platform offers confidential, moderated sessions hosted by licensed counselors on topics such as grief, mindfulness, preventing burnout, and more.

  • Mindstream
    Mindstream, “a fitness studio for the mind,” can help you build the life skills and confidence you need to thrive, while strengthening your mental and emotional health. Visit often as new live and on-demand video and audio sessions are added regularly.

  • Animo Self-Guided Digital Therapy
    Strengthen your mental health and overall wellbeing at your own pace with Animo’s self-guided digital resources and daily inspiration to foster meaningful and lasting behavior change.

  • Legal Consultation
    Receive a free, 30-minute legal consultation per concern with a local attorney by phone or in person for matters such as document preparation, wills & trusts, estate planning, taxes, real estate, civil matters, and divorce/separation.

  • Financial Expertise
    Free consultations with an experienced financial professional is available for matters such as financial wellness, budgeting, debt management, improving credit, saving for college, retirement, and more.
