Salaried employees are eligible to use the annual Well-Being Time Off benefit which offers up to 16 hours of paid time off each year for personal well-being.*
New salaried employees (hired after June 30) can take up to 8 hours of Well-Being Time Off during their first year.*
* Unused Well-Being Time Off hours will be forfeited on December 31 each year. All requests require manager approval.
