Salaried employees are eligible to use the annual Well-Being Time Off benefit which offers up to 16 hours of paid time off each year for personal well-being.*
New salaried employees (hired after June 30) can take up to 8 hours of Well-Being Time Off during their first year.*
* Unused Well-Being Time Off hours will be forfeited on December 31 each year. All requests require manager approval.

Salaried employees are eligible to take advantage of the annual Volunteer Time Off benefit. This program allows you to take up to 8 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer in qualified charity and/or community initiatives.*
