Licensed counselors through our EAP are available 24/7 to help you cope with work-related issues, personal challenges, or family problems.
- Confidential solution-focused sessions can take place in person or virtually to help you achieve your specific goals over a short period of time.
- The end goal is to help you develop coping skills to deal with expected or unexpected life circumstances.
*Lennox EAP services are not recommended for emergency situations. If you exhaust your 5 free non-emergent therapy sessions (for a particular issue), the EAP will verify if your therapist is in-network with your medical plan. If he/she is in-network, you can see the same provider long-term at your plan’s out-of-pocket cost.

If you need long-term mental health support, “talk therapy” can help you understand how your well-being might be affecting by your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
Our licensed EAP counselors cannot prescribe medication, but they can meet with you regularly:
- Identify underlying problems that may be triggering and contributing to your symptoms, and
- Make sure you’re following your provider’s care plans for depression, PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, eating disorders, and other diagnoses.
