Eligibility
If you are a full-time, non-union Lennox employee working in the US or Canada, you may qualify for tuition assistance to help offset the costs associated with completing an approved course of study at any accredited college or university. The courses you choose to take should directly relate to your current or desired position at Lennox, and they must be approved before the semester begins.Maximum Annual Tuition Benefit
(based on class completion date)- Undergraduate Courses Tuition assistance for approved costs up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year.*
- Graduate Courses Tuition assistance for approved costs up to a maximum of $10,000 per calendar year.*
