Caring for our employees, our customers, our communities, and our environment has been part of the Lennox story since 1895. From the first factory in Marshalltown, Iowa, where we still operate today, to employees and facilities throughout North America and Asia, we recognize the responsibility and value of giving back sustainably.
Through the LII Lennox Foundation, Lennox continues to demonstrate its commitment to improving the communities where its employees live and work.
By focusing on impactful programs, fostering strong partnerships, and encouraging employee volunteerism, our collective efforts showcase that our dedication extends beyond our products.
The LII Lennox Foundation helps you make a difference in your community.
Our culture is built upon our values of Integrity, Respect and Excellence, and through the LII Lennox Foundation, we will champion ever increasing opportunities for impact through volunteerism and meaningful monetary donations.
