Included Health’s care team will take the lead by first collecting all of your medical history/records and coordinating with your existing physician. Next, you will be paired with a doctor or specialist from their national network of over 4,500 top clinical experts who will review your case and provide a thorough second opinion.

Throughout the process, your personal team of specialists will keep you informed of the timing and progress of your case and answer any questions you have along the way.
