It’s Stress Awareness Month – how are you prioritizing your well-being? Stress is normal, but too much can harm your physical and mental health. Take time to check in with yourself and support one another, stay active, practice mindfulness, and give yourself a break when you need to.
  • LIIveWell offers ALL employees FREE access to a Mental Health Coach to help you thrive every day.
  • Get better sleep and stay focused with the Calm app’s FREE daily check-ins and short meditations.
  • Lennox’s EAP offers ALL employees and family members up to 5 FREE counseling sessions (per issue, each year). Licensed counselors are available to talk confidentially about work-life balance, addictions, depression, grief, parenting, and other issues in-person, virtually, or by text.
  • Lennox medical plan members are eligible for Doctor on Demand’s $0 behavioral health services. Consult a board-certified psychologist or psychiatrist for mental health support and treatment 24/7.

Minimizing Stress & Burnout
