For your peace of mind, Lennox offers Accident Insurance through Voya Financial, which can help pay for various medical and everyday expenses related to your injuries.

This voluntary policy can only be purchased for yourself, your spouse, and/or your dependent children when you are initially eligible or during the annual Open Enrollment period.

Benefit Features

Accident Insurance policies provide extra financial protection and will not affect any other coverage you may have.

Your policy pays you lump sum cash benefit that you can use to cover out-of-pocket injury-related costs resulting from a covered accident.

Eligible out-of-pocket expenses that might not be covered by your primary health insurance include:
  • Medical bills (deductibles, copays, etc.)
  • Ambulance trips & transportation costs
  • Rehabilitation & home healthcare
  • Physical therapy & emotional support
  • Lost income due to lost time at work
  • Everyday expenses like utilities & groceries

Here are the steps you can follow to file a claim online in 15 minutes.
  1. Visit the Voya Online Claims Center.
  2. Select the benefit you would like to file a claim for. Click “Get Started.”
  3. Review the information to have on hand. Click “Let’s Get Started.”
  4. Select “Policy/Employee.”
  5. Fill in your personal information and enter Lennox group #67102-9.
  6. Upload required supporting documentation.
  7. Electronically sign and click “Submit.”
  8. Check your email for your submission confirmation number.
If your claim is approved, you should receive your paid benefit within 10 business days of the approval.
